Swiss Illustrator & Graphic Designer

As a storyteller you are driven by imagination and creativity as a transdisciplinary designer you understand the importance of craft and attention to detail.

My Asakusabashi Story

Anna Badina is a Swiss – Russian graphic designer and illustrator, living in Biel, Switzerland. With passion about Japanese culture, she focuses on its details, especially on the people and the world surrounding them.

The subtlety of cultural differences is particularly visible in her illustration applying Indian ink and pen. The contrast between black ink on white paper reflects well the old part of Asakusabashi and the new part of Tokyo. Thus, her drawings create a new series of illustrations.
